Scott Beicke is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Jefferies’ Americas Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group. He has over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity expertise extending across regulated utilities, power, renewables and energy transition, as well as select other “core” and “core plus” infrastructure sectors.

Immediately prior to joining Jefferies in 2018, Mr. Beicke spent approximately 15 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Managing Director in the firm’s Global Power & Utility Group. Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Beicke started his career as a corporate credit analyst at Standard & Poor’s.

Mr. Beicke graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University, and an MBA in Finance & Accounting (with high honors) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Beicke lives in the suburbs of New York City with his wife and two daughters.
