Hunger rates in Socorro County surpass the national average with 1 in 5 residents experiencing food insecurity. These residents include students here at New Mexico Tech.
Our food pantry plays a vital role in addressing this food security among the NMT student community.
To receive food, NMT students must complete an initial intake survey. Upon completion
of the survey students can come in person each week to choose their items.
