I received a form but when I try to access it, it says I'm using the wrong email
There are 2 possible reasons for this. One is the form you were sent was sent to the
wrong email address. Please ask the form requester resend the form to your @nmt or
@student.nmt (whichever one you use with the New Dynamic Forms).
The second is if you have more than 1 active NMT email address, we may need to update
the email on your SSO profile. Please contact the Help Desk at help@nmt.edu.
I can log into Dynamic Forms but I can only see my old forms
You are logging into the Old Dynamic Forms.
The Old Dynamic Forms has a Blue & White login page, with an option to reset your password.
The New Dynamic Forms has an Orange & White login page & has 'WSO2' above the username & password.
If you need assistance logging into the New Dynamic Forms, please contact the Help
Desk at help@nmt.edu
I can log into the WSO2 login screen but it leads to a page with a blank that says
'Mail' or 'Name' & cannot continue
Please contact the Help Desk at help@nmt.edu, we can fix this issue
When I enter my credentials on the WSO2 login screen and click 'Continue' nothing
happens at all
This is caused by using a Dynamic Forms link that no longer works.
Google 'WSO2 NMT' and select the link that says 'Academic Lab, WSO2, Dynamic Forms
Login FAQ' and select NMT Dynamic Forms Dashboard link.
You can also try the link to get into Banner, or a Travel form; the main thing is
that you are working with a link that isn't from beyond the login screen.
I set a bookmark for New Dynamic Forms but it just goes to a Blank page
If you can access the New Dynamic Forms through an email link but not when you set
a bookmark, you can work around this by creating a desktop short cut to Dynamic Forms.
In Windows, Right Click on the Desktop, select New, then select Shortcut. Paste the
New Dynamic Forms link and click Next, Name the Shortcut and click Finish.
I enter my credentials on the WSO2 login screen & it seems to work when I hit 'Continue'
but says it's an incorrect password when it is not incorrect
Open the link in an Incognito or Private (depending on your browser) tab to test.
If it works, then it is a cache/cookies issue and you will want to clear cache cookies
& history for, at least, the WSO2 site for at least a month back. If it does not work,
please contact the Help Desk at help@nmt.edu.
Linux File Names
I can't make a file with a colon (:) in it in Linux
This is an interaction with the underling Windows file system. We are currently
working on a solution
