Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about the Academic Lab Logins and WSO2/Dynamic Forms Single Sign On. We will add new items as questions arise.
- How do I log in?
- Log in using your 900# (ex. 900123456) & your Academic Labs Password.
- Where do I go to log into Dynamic Forms?

- Will this password expire every 90 days?
- Yes, we recommend setting a calendar alert to change your password before it expires so you will not need to have it reset by the Help Desk in order to change it.
- Students & Staff who use their 900# as their computer username can use the Change a Password option after pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete on an NMT Windows computer to update their passwords before they expire
- If you do Not use your 900# for your username to log into your NMT computer & your password has Not expired yet, please contact the help desk at help@nmt.edu and we can send you instructions to change your password or walk you through the password change.
- My password is not working, what do I do?
- You will need a password reset. Please send the Help Desk (help@nmt.edu) an email or give us a call at 575-835-5700. Alternatively, you can visit us at our office in Gold. Please be prepared with id, we will need to see it before we will be able to reset any password.
- I don't have an @nmt email, I have never had an Academic Labs account, what are you
talking about?
- In order to make the transition to the New SSO Dynamic Forms, we created @nmt (or used a previously existing @student) email for users who who did not have them by default (Examples: @emrtc, @nckri or @passcal users)
- The same is true for Academic Lab accounts. If you didn't previously have one, we needed or will need to create one for you.
- The New Dynamic Forms using the WSO2 SSO Login is the new way to access and work with forms at NMT and new forms will be created and sent through the New Dynamic Forms.
- I need my forms from before, where are they?
- Your older forms from before the transition are in the Old Dynamic Forms. They can still be accessed using your Old Dynamic Forms credentials.
- When you reset my Academic Labs password, what other passwords are reset?
- It will also reset your WSO2/Dynamic Forms, Banner, Degreeworks, the Scholarship Portal, your Academic VPN and Rainbow, which will only be impactful if they are programs or sites that you use.
- It will Not reset your Banweb, WiFi or Email password.
