The New Mexico Tech Board of Regentsgenerally meets eights times a year, including a two-day retreat in July or August.
Spring semester regularly scheduled meetings are in January or February, March, April,
and May. Fall semester meetings are typically in September, October, and November.

The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents will meet for their regular board meeting on

Socorro, NM 87801. The Regents may go into closed session to discuss legal and/or personnel matters
pursuant to 10-15-1 H (2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
Copies of the agenda will be available no less than 72 hours prior to the meeting
and will be available at the Office of the President, Brown Hall 217, by email at
pio@nmt.edu and posted on the NMT website.

Meeting at the Hotel Chaco, 2000 Bellamah Ave. NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104. The
Board met in the Gathering Room at 8:00 a.m., Monday August 12, 2024, for the Regular
Board Meeting, which was open to the public. The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents
also met at the Hotel Chaco on Monday, August 12, 2024 at the conclusion of the regular
board meeting for its annual Retreat, which was not open to the public.
